Reported Security Issue

As a relatively new service, we strive to maintain uptime of at least 99%, but some services may have experienced brief dips due to this issue and prior incidents since launch. We are continuously learning and improving, particularly around uptime and hosting, and expect significantly less downtime in the early new year.

PTC Certifications Ticket Buttons and Closure Not Working

    We have now resolved this issue. Merry christmas.

Bot crashes upon start-up

    After reverting the bot's version due to unexpected errors in the update we were trying to push, the bot crashes upon start-up. We are now looking into this.

Update Downtime

    Due to unexpected issues with the update that we were trying to push, downtime has been cancelled and version has been reverted. The update has been delayed to undergo more testing.

    The update is now being pushed to the bot and is expected to take 30 minutes.

    The bot will be down from 23:00 UTC to 23:30 UTC to allow pushing of an update.

Unexpected status code 502

    Heath check should 100% be fixed, this will be automatically marked resolved when the monitors detect that.
